Margot Hebert
Margot Hebert is an experienced project management professional with a track
record of delivering high-performing commercial spaces for owners, occupiers,
and institutional landlords. As Director at North Avenue Partners, she plays a
leading role in the firm’s Interiors practice, where she manages complex
projects with a focus on technical excellence, team coordination, and client
advocacy.
Her portfolio spans office, industrial, life sciences, and new development work,
with a particular depth in tenant improvement and landlord-driven initiatives
across the Southeast. Known for her ability to bring order to complexity,
Margot is skilled at navigating fast-moving environments and aligning diverse
stakeholders around clear priorities and measurable results.
Prior to joining North Ave, she led the Project Management business for Turner & Townsend in Atlanta, and
held multiple leadership roles within NELSON’s Asset Strategy Studio. Across both firms, she managed large scale programs for clients such as Cox Enterprises, PulteGroup, and Hapag-Lloyd overseeing hundreds of
projects annually and leading multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion.
In addition to her Interiors project work, Margot supports firmwide operational initiatives in collaboration
with North Ave’s leadership team. Her cross-functional insight, strong executional instincts, and deep industry
knowledge make her a versatile and valuable contributor across the company.
Janelle Robinson-Peterson
Janelle is a highly accomplished real estate professional with two decades of
experience across the industry. Her extensive expertise includes corporate real
estate, investment consulting, portfolio management, business development,
and financial analysis. She has excelled on both the service provider and end
user sides, having worked at Cushman & Wakefield and currently at Google.
As a Real Estate Portfolio Executive for the Americas, at Google, her current
responsibilities include managing a broad real estate portfolio that has
expanded from primarily office properties representing over 10 million square
feet of real estate across the US Eastern Region, the Midwest, and Canada to
other asset types including retail and industrial. In addition to her office portfolio, she also manages
transactions for Google's Retail Stores and Cloud Logistics growth throughout the Americas.
Prior to joining Google, Janelle was a Tenant Rep Broker at Cushman & Wakefield for twelve years. In this role,
she specialized in assisting corporate clients with their short-and long-term real estate strategies. Her services
included acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, strategic advisory, detailed financial analytics, and sophisticated
lease negotiations. A small sample of her notable clients included Georgia Tech, EY, Chick-fil-A, and Fidelity
Bank Mortgage.
Janelle is a graduate from Florida A&M University where she received her MBA with a concentration in
Finance. She is married to a loving husband and resides in both Atlanta and the DMV region. When she is not
working she enjoys live music, yoga, meditation and traveling to new places.
